Annual Budget Forum was a Success!
More than 115 GFOAz members attended the Annual Budget Forum held at the Peoria Public Safety Building. Attendees
heard presentations on the state of the Arizona economy from Tim Everill of the Joint Legislative Budget Committee,

and enjoyed by the attendees.

January Quarterly Training - January 8th, 2010
The Government Finance Officers Association of Arizona (GFOAz) and the Arizona Municipal Clerks Association (AMCA)
have teamed up to provide an excellent training opportunity. Given the connection between Budget, Finance and City
Clerk departments, the day's sessions will highlight areas in which these departments often work together.
Please join us as we learn about some of the issues that Budget, Finance and City Clerk staff manage together. More
information will be emailed to members soon.
