Arizona Public Records Law requires records maintained by state, county, and municipal governments generally be made available to the public upon request. Under Arizona Public Records Law the public can request in writing to examine or copy these types of public records.

While most agency records are available to the public, certain records may be withheld from disclosure due to their confidential nature. In this session the speaker will cover the laws that pertain to public records and their disclosure by Arizona public bodies.
